1. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. You may opt-out by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us at support@squirrelseller.com.

2. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your Purchase, including payment details and billing address.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and that the information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including product or service availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud.

We also reserve the right to modify usage limits or impose restrictions to safeguard the interests of all users and ensure uniform access to the service.

3. Subscriptions

SquirrelSeller offers certain parts of our Service on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account management page or by contacting our support team.

A valid payment method is required. By submitting payment information, you authorize SquirrelSeller to charge all Subscription fees to your payment method.

4. Free Trial

SquirrelSeller may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. If you enter billing information during sign-up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. Unless you cancel, you will be automatically charged the applicable fees.

5. Fee Changes

SquirrelSeller reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Fee changes become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Continued use after a fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.

6. Refunds

SquirrelSeller issues refunds for purchases within three (3) days of the original purchase, provided that no credits have been used. Please contact support@squirrelseller.com for refund requests.

7. Accounts

When you create an account, you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Your account is for personal use only and may not be shared.

8. Opt-Out Rights

You have the right to opt-out of certain uses of your data:

• Marketing Communications: Unsubscribe via email links or contact support@squirrelseller.com
• Data Sharing: Email support@squirrelseller.com to opt out of data sharing with third parties
• Account Deletion: Contact support@squirrelseller.com to request account and data deletion

9. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

What You Can Do: Use our Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

What You Cannot Do:

• Use automated scripts or programs to manipulate or abuse our service
• Use our services in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code of our Services
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content

SquirrelSeller and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a claim to support@squirrelseller.com with:

• Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner
• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing material
• Your contact information
• A good faith statement that the use is not authorized

12. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. SquirrelSeller has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

13. Disclaimer of Warranty

SquirrelSeller provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.

14. Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold SquirrelSeller and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

If there is liability found on the part of SquirrelSeller, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services in the past 12 months.

15. Termination

SquirrelSeller reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Service

SquirrelSeller reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the Service is unavailable.

18. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
